We aim to turn resources into local human capital: each operation is designed to be a source of formal work and technical training for its community, under the highest standards of social license and compliance.

Financing of productive technology and financial inclusion that connect BTZ with the end user. It is the vertical that translates infrastructure into entrepreneurship, productivity and wellbeing.
